About

Executive Chef Pat Mayberry and his wife, Denise, opened Southern Elegance Catering in the spring of 2004, with a vision of creating the Bay Area's finest catering service. Chef Pat trained under Chef Leslie Bartosh, CEC, FMP, earning degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts Management from Alvin Community College.
